SEMIX Mobile 60V is equipped with 1500/1000 liters capacity Concrete mixers which can be a single shaft, twin shaft, or planetary type mixers. In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio.

SEMIX Mobile 60V performs with a square-shaped aggregate storage hopper which can be fed with two ramps or with a prefeeding conveyor for aggregates.

All SEMIX Aggregate Storage hoppers are bent trapezoidal shape for having an extra strength. In the 60V model unlike the competitors, SEMIX is providing two separate conveyors for weighing & transferring the aggregate. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer conveyor. Having two separate conveyors providing accuracy in weighing and performance for reaching higher Concrete outputs.

All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate it their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.
SEMIX Mobile 60 V este echipat cu betoniere cu capacitate de 1500/1000 litri care pot fi un mixer cu un singur arbore, cu două arbori sau de tip mobil. În mixerele de beton SEMİX se utilizează abraziuni Nihard4 sau Hardox 450 conform raportului de siliciu al formulei de beton.

SEMIX Mobil 60V funcționează cu o cameră de depozitare a agregatelor în formă pătrată care poate fi alimentată de două rampe sau de un transportor de pre-alimentare pentru agregate.

Toate compartimentele SEMIX pentru depozitare agregată au formă trapezoidală îndoită pentru a avea o rezistență suplimentară. În modelul 60V, spre deosebire de concurenți, SEMIX oferă două transportoare separate pentru cântărirea și transferul agregatului. Agregatele sunt cântărite în transportorul de cântărire care transferă agregatele către transportorul de transfer. Are două benzi transportoare separate care asigură precizie în cântărire și performanță pentru a obține ieșiri mai mari de beton.

Toate unitățile de beton SEMIX sunt controlate de un sistem SCADA integrat în PLC Schneider. Utilizatorii pot urmări toate materialele utilizate și le pot integra în sistemul CRM. Echipa de ingineri Semix poate interveni în sistemul de automatizare online pentru a furniza servicii.
