Aerodynamic drying complex CA-600 with capacity up to 600 kg/h
The aerodynamic drying complex CA-600 from TechnoMash Stroy with a capacity of up to 400 kg/h is designed for drying small fractions of wood waste (sawdust, microchips, wood chips, sawdust, sawdust) in a hot air stream. The dryer is made of high-quality steel, which allows you to work on this dryer for many years without fear of burning out the walls of the air ducts. Structurally, the dryer is made of separate components and parts, which is convenient for installation and transportation. The source of air heating with the dryer is a solid fuel furnace, which includes chamotte (refractory) bricks, which must be lined with the inside of the furnace during installation. This drying unit can successfully operate in combination with the MLG-1500 MAX / MLG-1500 MAX+ / MLG-1500 COMBI+ pelletizing equipment.

A distinctive feature of this unit from its analogues is that it includes a precision loading screw KSh-600 with a sieve for calibrating raw materials and a large hopper with a volume of 1 m3, which allows you to load the drying unit of raw materials and calmly monitor any other technological process without distracting the line operator. Easy operation is ensured by the presence of a vibration motor mounted on the sifting mechanism. The sifter is also mounted on vibration damping supports. This mechanism allows you to avoid unnecessary movements when loading raw materials onto the sifter. All that is required is to place the raw material on the screen. High-frequency vibrations will ensure that the raw material is efficiently sifted through the mesh into the main hopper. Particles of your raw material that exceed the size of the cell will not fall into the hopper, but will be sifted out due to the inclined design of the mechanism. The screw conveyor also has the ability to connect a frequency converter to control the motor speed, which allows you to adjust the feed speed to your needs.
